
Muscat: The Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, represented by the Omani-Turkish Joint Business Council, will organize the Oman International Exhibition and Forum on Monday, February 2, 2026, with broad local and international participation. The event will continue for several days at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The forum will feature specialized investment events, workshops, and bilateral meetings between officials and business owners. An accompanying exhibition will showcase Omani, Turkish, and international products and services, alongside cultural and artistic events highlighting the heritage of both countries.
The exhibition and forum target key sectors, including trade and investment, industry, energy and mining, tourism and heritage, technology and innovation, services and transportation, education and health, youth and sports, and agriculture and fisheries, promoting integration across diverse economic sectors.
The Republic of Turkey is the guest of honour, reflecting support for national efforts to promote investment, develop economic and trade partnerships, exchange ideas and experiences, and build strategic ties between the business communities of both countries.
Faisal bin Abdullah Al Rawas, Chairman of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said the event aligns with the Chamber’s efforts to support the private sector and strengthen its role as a key partner in economic development.
He emphasised the Chamber’s commitment to providing quality economic platforms that open new investment opportunities and enhance local and international business partnerships, in line with Oman Vision 2040 and its objectives of economic diversification and attracting high-quality investments.
Sheikh Salem bin Abdullah Al Rawas, head of the Omani side of the Omani-Turkish Joint Business Council, noted that the forum will highlight real investment opportunities in promising sectors that are pillars of the national economy. He added that the event represents an important milestone in Oman-Turkey economic relations and reflects the shared determination to elevate bilateral cooperation to broader and more diversified horizons.
