His Majesty receives phone call from Prime Minister of Spain

Muscat; His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received a phone call from Pedro Sánchez, Prime Minister of the friendly Spain.

During the call, they discussed the current situation in the region following the American-Israeli attacks on Iran and the repercussions resulting from them on the interests of the countries of the region and the world at large.

The conversation stressed the importance of uniting regional and international efforts to bring an end to the ongoing conflict and halt further escalation.

Both sides emphasized the need to resort to dialogue and peaceful means to resolve disputes, in a manner that preserves the capabilities of countries, safeguards their sovereignty and ensures the safety and stability of their peoples.
