
Manah: The "Confident Steps" initiative, organised by the Omani Women Association in the Wilayat of Manah in cooperation with the Directorate General of Education in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, discussed several topics, including training students to face academic challenges and developing their skills in oral presentations and social relations through various workshops and counseling programmes.
The second edition of the initiative, which concluded its activities on Monday in the Wilayat of Manah under the auspices of Sheikh Rashid Ahmed Al Shamsi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Development for Family Affairs and Community Development, aimed to empower students to move confidently toward their future by building conscious leadership personalities capable of excellence, thereby enhancing their ability to face challenges with confidence and independence.
Sheikha Suleiman Al Mahrouqi, Chairperson of the Omani Women Association in the Wilayat of Manah, stated that the conclusion of the initiative embodies the association's efforts in implementing initiatives, programmes, and activities that contribute to community service and the empowerment of women, children, and families in various social, cultural, and developmental fields.
At the end of the ceremony, the chief guest of the event honored the social workers and students participating in the initiative.
