Ambulance driver killed, several others injured in an accident in North Al Batinah Governorate

Muscat: The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) has announced the death of an ambulance driver and injuries to several other crew members following an accident involving an ambulance vehicle in North Al Batinah Governorate while on duty.
In a statement, the authority said one of the ambulances belonging to the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in North Al Batinah was involved in a rollover accident during the performance of its duties.

The accident resulted in the death of the ambulance driver, while other crew members sustained critical injuries. The injured were transferred to hospital to receive necessary medical treatment.

The CDAA expressed its deepest condolences and sympathy to the family of the deceased and his colleagues, praying that the Almighty grants him mercy and the injured a speedy recovery.
