Muscat: The Directorate General of Inquiries and Criminal Research has arrested four individuals for allegedly stealing electrical cables from an electricity distribution complex in the Wilayat of Barka.
The suspects were placed under surveillance after authorities suspected their involvement in five similar thefts at multiple locations across South Al Batinah Governorate.
Following their arrest, legal procedures are being completed against the accused.
