Muscat: The Environment Authority received a total of 100 requests through the Tajawob platform during July 2026, achieving a 100% completion rate across all submissions.
According to the Authority's monthly statistics:
60 reports were submitted and processed.
29 inquiries were received and addressed.
11 suggestions were submitted and completed.
No complaints were recorded during the month.
The figures reflect the Authority's continued commitment to responding promptly to public feedback and enhancing communication with the community through the Tajawob platform.
