Why do you love painting?
Painting gives me a sense of relaxation, helps me forget my worries, releases my thoughts and memories onto the canvas and finally, gives life to it on completion.
How did you get into it?
I started with simple pencil sketches and then gradually started filling colours into it on natural impulse and then explored further.
How can one get into it?
Start with sketching your thoughts and imagination no matter how simple they are. Later you realise how the sketch can be painted. A true artist does not limit herself to a favourite topic. One should try the experimentation with brush.
What’s your pro-tip on painting?
Explore the various kinds of painting methods and mediums. Not everyone can brush paint, some may be good at knifing or nibbing (nib painting). —[email protected]
