Another great dish is Japchae, a beautifully presented dish made of glass noodles, which are stir-fried with sweet potatoes and vegetables. This slightly gummy, thick, and translucent stir-fried noodle dish is a true succulent treat with a huge portion that could be shared with a buddy.
