Triple Schezwan Fried Rice
What Is It?
While we know it as fried rice, triple schezwan fried rice, comes with a twist. It is made with fried noodles, red schezwan sauce with chicken or vegetables and topped with chicken fried rice and garnished with spring onions. All three in one. A visual delight to see and eat. Though available everywhere, this one is special and a must try.

Khana Khazana has an extensive menu catering in Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines. There are lots of dishes to try as their menu is quite exhaustive. Try butter chicken which is tender pieces of boneless chicken cooked in rich tomato, and cashew. The gravy is delicious and has a tinge of sweetness. Murg adraki is boneless pieces of chicken, cooked in onion, and coriander along with chopped tomato gravy and garnished with juliennes of ginger as the name suggests. Chicken biryani cooked in dum style was a great accompaniment. Bhuna gosht is a semi dry dish where the lamb cubes are roasted with freshly pounded spices and simmered in an aromatic gravy. Their Malvani fish curry which is a coastal curry is to die for. Murg Afghani, chicken in cashewnut and tomato gravy topped with egg white froth is also delicious. Try the chicken satay, tender chicken in skewers with barbecue or peanut sauce as starters. Bhindi kurkure, is worth a try.
