The programme was jointly held by the hotel, along with the Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA) and the Royal Hospital.
The hotel organised a ‘Living-A-Dream’ programme and invited Muath and his family to take part in the National Day celebrations, where they were surprised by a team of firefighters who presentedMuath with a perfectly tailor-made firefighter costume.
While the hotel was celebrating National Day with the guests and visitors, Muath dressed up and followed the parade in a small fire truck to join the celebrations. He also cut the National Day
cake in the gardens of the beachfront resort. The child enjoyed the festivities and received a certification from the representatives
of PACDA.
Regarding his son’s special day, Muath’s father said, “We are astonished, and never expected any of this at all. I can see that my son is surprised and having the time of his life.” The initiative was organised through the Community Footprints programme, which strives to make a difference through focusing on thewell-being of children, hunger and poverty relief, and environmental responsibility.
