Muscat: Oman Air, the national carrier of the Sultanate, said that it has increased the number of flights between Muscat and Duqm to meet the growing demand by passengers.
The winter flights schedule, which is operational now, witnessed increasing the number of weekly flights to six instead of five on the summer flights schedule.
The company operates flights between Muscat and Duqm on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Duqm, which enjoys strategic geographic location, is an investment and industry hub.
The zone, which is one of the biggest zones in the world, has witnessed a remarkable growth since 2008 to become a hub for investors.
