Authorities in Oman test bottled water

Muscat: The Food and Water Laboratory in Sur has been testing samples from bottled water used for drinking, authorities announced.
The water was being sampled from various factories to verify the validity of the bottled water.
The Municipality said, "The laboratory which is part of the Directorate General of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources of Southern Sharqiyah performed tests to ensure that the water it is up to the required specifications."
