Volunteer group organises iftar for 500 expat workers in Oman

Muscat: An iftar organised by volunteer group Fahaddath fed about 500 expat cleaners at their accommodation, municipal authorities in the Sultanate's capital said in a statement on Tuesday.

"We would like to thank all men the joined this initiative," Muscat Municipality said in its statement.

The event, which was organised by Fahaddath took place on May 21 in the wilayat of Bausher, after they put out a public invitation for workers who would like to join the iftar.
