Muscat: The left lane of the main road towards Nizwa, near Jafnain, will be closed to traffic from Thursday evening to Sunday morning, Muscat Municipality announced.
The road is being closed due to periodical maintenance work.
In a statement online Muscat Municipality said, "Muscat Municipality would like to announce that the left lane (Jafnain area) of the main road towards Nizwa will be closed, starting from Thursday evening to Sunday morning for periodical maintenance works."
Muscat Municipality has called upon commuters to abide by traffic rules and signs in place.
