Citizen arrested for car drifting in Oman

Muscat: A citizen has been arrested after a video of him car drifting was circulated on social media, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) announced.
The accused who was car drifting in a residential neighbourhood in Muscat Governorate, shot the video before selling the vehicle to another person.
In a statement online, ROP said, “Seeb Police Station controls [arrested] a citizen who was [drifting in] his vehicle in a residential neighborhood. [The arrest took place] after a video was circulated in the social media."
ROP calls on everyone to abide by traffic regulations and not to indulge in behaviour that could endanger others.
