Drug smuggling attempt at Muscat airport foiled

Muscat: Customs at Muscat International Airport seized psychotropic substances and narcotics tablets, the department announced on Tuesday.

According to officials, the narcotics tablets consisted of large amounts of Clonazepam and Bromazepam tablets.
A statement online by Oman Customs read, "Customs of Muscat International Airport thwarted the smuggling of Clonazepam and Bromazepam."
