67 illegal immigrants arrested, 71 others deported from Oman

Muscat: A total of 67 illegal migrants were arrested while another 71 were deported by Royal Oman Police (ROP) last week, officials announced.
"The Royal Oman Police, in coordination with other security teams, arrested 67 infiltrators of different nationalities for entering the country illegally," ROP reported.
Police officials also said that 71 other infiltrators were deported from the Sultanate after the necessary legal measures were taken, in coordination with the embassies of their respective countries.
