​Citizen reported missing in Oman

Muscat: An Omani citizen from Izki has been missing since October 31, 2018, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) has announced.
Officials said that the citizen, Ali Hilal Mohammed Al Rashdi, has a history of mental illness.
The Royal Oman Police said, “ROP announces that citizen Ali Hilal Mohammed al Rashdi [who] has a mental illness, left his family home in Izki on 31 October and has not yet returned.
