His Majesty sends cable to Vietnam's President

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of greetings to Dr Nguyen Phu Trong, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on his country's National Day.
In his cable, his Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere greetings and wishes to the president and his country's people.
