Scattered rainfall over parts of Oman

Muscat: Clear to partly cloudy skies are forecast over most of the Sultanate with chances of scattered rain according to the Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA)

In its weather forecast for Sunday, PACA said, “Clear to partly cloudy skies over most of the Sultanate with a noticeable drop in air temperature and chances of scattered rain. Chances of late night to early morning low level clouds or fog over parts of Al Buraimi, Al Dhahirah, Al Dakhiliyah and north Al Batinah governorates with the chance of dust raising winds over desert and open areas.”

The PACA also alerted of reduced horizontal visibility during thunderstorms, dust and fog formation and rough sea conditions along coastal areas of Musandam governorate and Oman Sea.
