Isolated rain over some parts of Oman

Muscat: There will be reduced visibility with fog formation and temperatures varying from 8 degrees Celsius in Saiq, to 28 degrees in Nizwa, Sur and Haima on Monday.

Temperatures will be 24 degrees in Suhar, 25 degrees in Muscat, 26 degrees in Khasab, Buraimi, Salalah, Masira, and Rustaq and 27 degrees in Ibri and Ibra.

The Oman Meteorology Department's forecast read, “Clear to partly cloudy skies over the northern governorates with chances of isolated rain over Musandam and North Al Batinah governorates and parts of the Oman Sea coastline. Mainly clear skies over the rest of the Sultanate. Chances of late night to early morning low level clouds or fog patches over South Al Sharqiyah, Al Wusta, and Dhofar governorates.”

“Winds will be southeasterly, light to moderate over most of the Sultanate," the forecast added.
