Medical consultancy service launched in Oman

Muscat: The Ministry of Health has launched a medical consultancy service for gynaecology and obstetrics through the Ministry's call centre during the COVID-19 pandemic period.

The ministry said in a statement, "The initiative comes in cooperation with United Nations Population Fund, Omani Gynaecology and Obstetrics Association and the World Health Organization. Pregnant and breastfeeding women can call 24441999 and a Obstetrics and Gynaecology Consultant will respond to inquiries."
