Muscat: A single donation of plasma, recovered from a person who has successfully been treated for COVID-19, can treat three more patients, the Ministry of Health said.
The ministry said in a statement: "A person can donate plasma more than three times per month."
The Ministry of Health has called on those recovering from COVID-19 to go to donate plasma in order to contribute to treating other patients.
