Thunderstorms in Al Hajar Mountains: Oman Meteorology

Muscat: Al Hajar Mountains is currently experiencing thunderstorms, the Oman Meteorology announced.

Oman Meteorology said in a statement said, "The satellite image shows the cumulative cloud formations on Al Hajar Mountains and the weather radar shows chances of isolated rain and thunderstorms."

Oman meteorology, earlier today, has reported expected rainfall in Al Hajar mountain area and it said that the latest weather pictures show the formation of cumulative clouds on parts of Al Hajar Mountains with chances of widening to the adjacent area, isolated rain and thunderstorms are expected, accompanied by active down-winds and fall of hails."
