MSM index rises marginally

Muscat: Oman's benchmark MSM 30 index closed the session on Tuesday at 3,626.77, registering an increase of 0.5 points or 0.014 per cent compared to the last trading session.
The total value of traded securities reached OMR0.522 million compared to the last trading session. The Market Capitalisation increased by 0.996 per cent against the last trading session and reached around OMR19.84 billion.
It is worth mentioning that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached OMR189,000 while the value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached OMR76,000.
The net foreign investment in the market increased by 21.73 per cent to OMR113,000.
