Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry contributes OMR 1 million to Job Security Fund

Muscat: Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) has contributed OMR 1 million towards the Job Security Fund

His Excellency Eng. Ridha Al Saleh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the OCCI, signed a memorandum of handing over the Chamber’s contribution.

"This contribution is aimed at achieving safety for workers in the private sector, and contributing to facing the emergency conditions faced by Omanis working in the private sector, especially in light of the economic conditions that the region is currently going through due to decline in oil prices and the impact of this on the business community,” OCCI said in a statement.
