Coast guard stops infiltration attempt into Oman

Muscat: The Coast Guard arrested 14 infiltrators who attempted to enter the country illegally.

The Royal Oman Police (ROP) said in a statement: "Coast Guard boats led by North Al Batinah Governorate Police have arrested 14 infiltrators of different Asian nationalities on a smuggling boat near the shore of the state of Shinas while trying to enter the country illegally, and legal measures have been taken against them."
