Three expats arrested in Oman

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested three expats for possession and trade of large quantities of tobacco and alcoholic beverages in the concession areas.

A statement issued online by the ROP said: "The Oil and Gas Facilities Security Police Command arrested three expatriates on charges of possessing and trading in large quantities of tobacco and alcoholic beverages in the concession areas. Legal action has been taken against them."
