Muscat: Dhofar Municipality has announced the launch of a package of electronic municipal services.
A statement issued online by Dhofar Municipality said: "Within the framework of the digital transformation plan for 2020, Dhofar Municipality, in coordination with the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, announces the launch of a package of electronic municipal services to facilitate easy access to municipality services. The services will be launched in Salalah on December 15, in the rest of the wilayats on December 27."
"Dhofar Municipality is keen to find modern ways to interact with the community by providing a package of the following digital services: "Building permits and supervision licenses (maps and approvals) and issuance and renewal of lease contracts and municipal licenses."
"We apologize for receiving the transactions in the auditors' halls on Sunday and Monday," the statement added.
