Muscat: Oman's benchmark Muscat Securities Market (MSM) general index 30 lost 34.6 points, comprising a decline by 0.94 per cent to close at 3,638.84) points, compared to the last session, on Thursday.
The trading value stood at OMR1.57 million, comprising a rise by 83.3 per cent, compared to the last session, which stood at OMR859,986.
The report released by MSM pointed out that the market value dropped by 0.153 per cent to reach about OMR20.24 billion.
The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached OMR672,000 while the value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached OMR351,000. The net non-Omani investment declined by 20.35 per cent to OMR321,000.
