MSM index rises marginally

Muscat: Oman's benchmark MSM 30 Index on Thursday closed at 3,601.80 recording increase of 14.3 points representing 0.399 per cent rise compared with the last trading session.

The total value of traded securities reached OMR4 million with increase of 143.2 per cent compared with last trading session when it recorded OMR1.644 million.

The market capitalisation declined by 0.443 per cent against the previous trading day close reaching around OMR20.21 billion.

It is worth mentioning that the value of shares bought by non-Omanis investors reached OMR467,000 while the value of shares sold by non-Omanis investors reached OMR630,000.
