Child airlifted to hospital in Oman

Muscat: A medical evacuation operation has been conducted by Royal Air Force of Oman for a child who was suffering from a critical health condition.

A statement issued online by Oman News Agency (ONA), said: "A helicopter of the Royal Air Force of Oman carried out a medical evacuation operation  today for a child suffering from a critical health condition. He was transferred from Lima Health Center to Khasab Hospital in Musandam Governorate to receive the necessary specialised treatment."

"This comes within the framework of the humanitarian services and national efforts that the Sultan’s Armed Forces and other departments of the Ministry of Defense provide to citizens and residents on the homeland, side by side with the rest of other government institutions," the statement added.
