Over 42 degrees celsius at this weather station in Oman

Muscat: The highest temperature recorded across all weather stations on Sunday was at Joba (Mahout) station.

A statement issued online by Oman Meteorology said: "Joba (Mahout) station recorded 42.0 degrees Celsius as the highest temperature among the weather stations yesterday. Al Buraimi station recorded 18.3 degrees as the lowest temperature."
