Muscat: Oman's benchmark MSM 30 Index closed on Monday at 3,699.78 registering an increase of 37.5 points, or 1.024 per cent, compared to the last trading session.
The MSM Sharia Index ended lower and closed at 536.27 points.
The total value of traded securities reached OMR3.256 million with an increase of 103.0 per cent compared to the last trading session when it was reported OMR1.554 million.
The Market Capitalisation increased by 0.192 per cent against the last trading day reaching around OMR20.62 billion.
It is worth mentioning that the value of shares bought by non-Omanis investors reached OMR661,000 while the value of shares sold by non-Omanis investors reached OMR498,000.
The net foreign investment on the stock market on Monday increased to OMR163,000.
