Asian nationals arrested for possessing drugs in Baushar

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police managed to arrest two Asian nationals in wilayat of Baushar for possession of illegal drugs with the intent to traffic them.

Royal Oman Police said: “Following surveillance and monitoring operations, the Royal Oman Police, represented by the General Directorate for Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Control, arrested two Asian nationals in wilayat of Baushar for possession of illegal drugs with the intent to traffic them.”

“The suspects were found in possession of quantities of hashish, heroin, marijuana, crystal meth, as well as psychotropic tablets. Legal procedures are currently being completed against them.” ROP added.
