His Majesty the Sultan greets President of Uruguay

Muscat:  His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to President Luis Alberto Lacalle Pou of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay on his country’s Independence Day anniversary.

In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his best wishes to President Alberto and the people of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.
