This wilayat in North Al Sharqiyah recorded highest rainfall in 24 hours

Muscat: The Wilayat of Wadi Bani Khalid in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate has received the highest amount of rainfall in the Sultanate of Oman from Sunday, April 14, 2024 till Monday, April 15 ,2024 which was more than 140 mm.

 According to the data showed by the National Center for Emergency Situations (NCEM), the Wilayat of Wadi Bani Khalid in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate has received 145 mm of rainfall from Sunday, April 14, 2024 till Monday, April 15, 2024 , followed by the Wilayat of Al Qabil in same governorate with 91 mm and then the Wilayat of Al Mudhaibi with 90 mm.

 While the Wilayat of Bidiyah in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate has recorded 89 mm of rainfall, 85 mm in the Wilayat of Ibra which located in same governorate and 78 mm in each of the Wilayats of Qurayyat and Amerat in Muscat Governorate.
