Clinton says Trump "not fit to be president"

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton said that the contentious second presidential debate was not tougher than she expected, telling reporters, "I pretty much saw what I expected to see," saying Trump, "is not fit to be president and commander-in-chief.
